About Us

My name is Gillian White, and the birth of this website was on 11 December 2012.

My aim on this website, is to help, encourage and instruct in righteousness, so that YOU the believer, the man or women of God, will be perfect, complete and be trained and be ready for every good work.

I would just like to add that I do not claim to know everything about the bible, nor do I believe that anyone one group has the 100% truth in any of the denominations, organization or ministries out there.

Since 2004, I have been searching and seeking out various places, listening, reading or speaking to them, about their belief in their knowledge of the Holy Scriptures, only to find that many leave out scriptures to suit and promote their own doctrines as to how they interpret the Holy Scriptures, and no doubt, I have probably done the same.  I have met some wonderful people, who have a love and a zeal for God, but until you get baptised within that group, they do not see me as a sister, only as a guest or a visitor. And what I mean by that, is that they will say something like this, she is not a Christadelphian, or she is not member of the Baptist or Methodist or Catholic Church, she is not Jehovah Witness, or she is an un-baptized witness.

1Co 1:12-13 ERV
This is what I mean: One of you says, “I follow Paul,” and someone else says, “I follow Apollos.” Another says, “I follow Peter,” and someone else says, “I follow Christ.” Christ cannot be divided into different groups. It wasn’t Paul who died on the cross for you, was it? Were you baptized in Paul’s name?

Some even want you to go through an exam of 25 or 100 questions, before they see you as qualified. To those people, I ask you to please read the book of Acts again.  Especially Acts 2, noting that 3000 people were added to the church were baptised in one day, and this was before the New Testament was even written.  I am not saying truth does not matter, but allow that person to grow and be patient with others.

Col 1:9-10 GNB
For this reason we have always prayed for you, ever since we heard about you. We ask God to fill you with the knowledge of his will, with all the wisdom and understanding that his Spirit gives. Then you will be able to live as the Lord wants and will always do what pleases him. Your lives will produce all kinds of good deeds, and you will grow in your knowledge of God.

Each one of these groups are doing their best to follow and imitate Christ, but many seem to add to promote their own doctrines of understanding of the Holy Scriptures.  You may even find some things on this website, you may disagree with, but my intention is not to hurt or upset anyone, with what I present to you, as you browse through my website with doctrines that we may disagree on.  But what most of these denominations, organization or ministries do agree on, is about walking in the spirit, so a lot of what I present on this site, will be focussed on that point.

During my seeking for truth, I do believe in my heart that Jehovah was working with me, and transforming me.  I came from a family who never grew up in any religion.  What I mean by that, is that we never really went to church, prayed or even having the name of Jehovah God or the Lord Jesus Christ mentioned within the household, when growing up in the family home. Then something happened to me around 13 years ago, something inside me, changed.  I had a different outlook towards life, that I never had before and my thoughts were being guided to know who our Jehovah God was and His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ.  I was so naive about all this, I really thought people did not understand or know this, to end up finding myself in a battle, as to who is right and who is wrong.  As I said, I do not claim to know everything, but I do have a strong conviction about what I believe, in accordance to the Holy Writings.

I have narrowed Christendom down two major groups, with each group having a large group of followers, the Catholic Church and her sister protestant (Batptist, Methodist, Anglican etc) and the Jehovah Witnesses.  The first group basically believe the same, except for one that brings in image worship.  Being an outsider of both these groups, this has given me the freedom to search.

Now you the reader, need to make your own decision and choices, but from my own findings and searching, I am yet to find a scripture that tells us to confess Jesus as God the Son (the first group). The other finding is, I am yet to find a scripture that tells us to confess Jesus as Michael the Arch Angel (the second group). When speaking, both these major groups, basically say, well the scriptures seem to imply this.  To me, that means they are not 100% sure, yet both these groups basically say, if you don’t believe this, you are either a heretic, or an apostate.

God told us in His word, that Jesus would be called the Christ, the Son of the Living God, the son of the MOST HIGH GOD.

Yes there maybe scriptures that I may not understand, but it is clear from scriptures, that God is above Christ, whom we are told is supreme over Christ Jesus. Many say as a man this was so, but not as God.  Well the scriptures don’t say that.

1Co 11:3 GNB
But I want you to understand that Christ is supreme over every man, the husband is supreme over his wife, and God is supreme over Christ.

    Good morning Gillian,

Hope this letter finds you well

Coming upon your website which I see much good information

Do you believe Jesus is God?

      Hi Gary,

I am well thank you, and I hope you are too, and I am sorry for the late reply.

No, I believe Jesus is the Christ, the Son of Living God.

Jesus asked this question to his disciples, and they answered, “Some say you are John the Baptizer, others Elijah, still others Jeremiah or one of the prophets.” Then he asked again, “But who do you say I am?” Then Peter answered, but what was Peter’s reply. My answer is exactly the same as Peter’s.

Jesus said to Peter, when Peter answered him? “you are blessed “Simon, son of Jonah, you are blessed! No human revealed this to you, but my Father in heaven revealed it to you” I believe that’s how simple it is, and we will be blessed by our Father in Heaven.

I believe Jesus is the Christ, anointed by God, the son of Living God. The Father is God, and Jesus is His Son.

      God bless

I appreciate how you do not claim a denomination for yourself. Also, how you clearly leveled out all Christian groups as “equal.” The reason I like this about you is many Christians seem to get wrapped up in the man-made details of their religious organization, and seem to place this organization itself in a position higher than their personal meditation with God through Jesus. They like to accuse all other denominations of being wrong in this way or that way. They prefer to reflect outward rather than inward, I think?
I just came on here through a picture that I clicked on through searching google for Phil. 4:6-7. What an amazing verse. It made me realize that God wants us to pray “with thanksgiving,” thanking Him for the blessing before it happens. I don’t know how I can do this fullheartedly…as it is hard for me to pray for many things. I always feel like I should only pray for the major struggles, serious requests, and certainly not expect to choose His will. So, it’s something for me to work on!

I don’t know what it involves, but your work is so good, it would be nice to be able to share it on social media??
Thank you for this great site. God bless you!

Hi Kellie, thank you for your kind words. The problem with most groups, denominations, ministries, organizations etc, if you don’t believe how they believe and see the scriptures, then they see you as a guest/not a member of “their” church with a small c.

Jesus built his Church, so there is only one Church, which we all get added too. I do believe truth is important, as Jesus told us specifically, we must worship our Heavenly Father in Spirit and in truth, but we all grow as we read the word as we check our scriptures daily

      1 Peter 2:2
As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:

      2 Peter 3:18
But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.

Many need to read the books of acts again, especially chapter 2, when the “Lord Added” 3000 people to the group in one day and not man. These people were added to the group before most of the NT was written, and look at the short sermon Peter gave, yes they probably would have known a lot about the OT scriptures, as that was all they had and knew at that time. It was only much later, when Paul came, he corrected the church by word of mouth, as the spirit of God directed him, when many of the believers were not doing things as they should.

      Act 2:14-47 KJV
      (14) But Peter, standing up with the eleven, lifted up his voice, and said unto them, Ye men of Judaea, and all ye that dwell at Jerusalem, be this known unto you, and hearken to my words:
      (15) For these are not drunken, as ye suppose, seeing it is but the third hour of the day.
      (16) But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel;
      (17) And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:
      (18) And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy:
      (19) And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke:
      (20) The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the Lord come:
      (21) And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
      (22) Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know:
      (23) Him, being delivered by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, ye have taken, and by wicked hands have crucified and slain:
      (24) Whom God hath raised up, having loosed the pains of death: because it was not possible that he should be holden of it.
      (25) For David speaketh concerning him, I foresaw the Lord always before my face, for he is on my right hand, that I should not be moved:
      (26) Therefore did my heart rejoice, and my tongue was glad; moreover also my flesh shall rest in hope:
      (27) Because thou wilt not leave my soul in hell, neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.
      (28) Thou hast made known to me the ways of life; thou shalt make me full of joy with thy countenance.
      (29) Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day.
      (30) Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up Christ to sit on his throne;
      (31) He seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell, neither his flesh did see corruption.
      (32) This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses.
      (33) Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear.
      (34) For David is not ascended into the heavens: but he saith himself, The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand,
      (35) Until I make thy foes thy footstool.
      (36) Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.
      (37) Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?
      (38) Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
      (39) For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.
      (40) And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation.
      (41) Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.
      (42) And they continued stedfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.
      (43) And fear came upon every soul: and many wonders and signs were done by the apostles.
      (44) And all that believed were together, and had all things common;
      (45) And sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all men, as every man had need.
      (46) And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart,
      (47) Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.

We all struggle with prayer, I do too, during those times, I ask God to hear my thoughts and heart.

I have many articles on here on prayer, they may help and give you some encouragement on prayer.

      Thank you & God bless
